Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right away, and a second email with tracking once your parcel ships.

Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders over $49 (US).
- Flat $4.95 standard shipping on orders under $49.
- Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout.
Tracking your order
Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as the label is scanned. It can take 2–5 days for tracking to show movement — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Multiple items, multiple parcels
We work with specialist suppliers in each category, so an order with items from different sections may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You're only charged shipping once.
Wrong address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it if the parcel hasn't shipped. After that we can't reroute it.
