How do I know my order went through?
You'll get a confirmation email within minutes. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then email us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us with your order number.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Get in touch. For orders of 10+ units of the same item we can usually offer a better price.
Shipping
How long will delivery take?
Typically 7–15 business days within the US, longer internationally. Full details are on our shipping page.
Why did my order arrive in two parcels?
We work with specialist suppliers per category, so a mixed order can ship separately. You're only charged shipping once.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Import duties, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.
My tracking hasn't updated in days.
Common in the first week and during customs handoff. If there's no movement after 10 days, email us and we'll chase it.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. We buy from vetted suppliers and don't list counterfeit or unbranded knock-offs of protected brands.
Do electronics come with a plug for my country?
Most gadgets ship with a USB cable rather than a wall plug, so they work anywhere. Product pages state this where relevant.
Is there a warranty?
Every item carries a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from us. Some brands add their own manufacturer warranty on top.
Are the beauty and health items regulated?
We sell tools and devices, not prescription products. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition — check with your doctor if you're unsure.
Returns & payment
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded free.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the digital wallets shown at checkout. Payments are encrypted and we never see your card details.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant, SSL-encrypted infrastructure.
